Rates

-Projects requested at an hourly rate are subject to schedule availability, priority is given to clients who have pre-paid time with our bundle packages.

-A one hour minimum is applied to jobs completed under a standard hourly rate, there is no hourly minimum on jobs completed under purchased bundles.

-If more time is needed to complete a job than was purchased with a bundle, the client will be contacted with how to proceed and will have the option to stop work and receive the progress made thus far, to purchase an additional bundle or to complete the task under the standard hourly rate.

-Bundles or partial time un-used in a bundle will not be refunded if not all the time is used on a job.

 -Rush jobs are subject to 1.5x the hourly rate

-2 hour of travel roundtrip (if a job is onsite) is free, any additional travel time is included in the hourly rate. Based on distance from Middlebury, Vermont.

-Any third-party purchases and services will be client’s responsibility and receipt will be provided to client for reimbursement. Client will be consulted before purchase.

-Bundles must be purchased in advance. For standard hourly rate, payment is due upon receipt and billed upon completion of a project, client will be given an estimate in advance.
