For those hiring us based on our standard hourly rate, payment is due upon receipt. We will send an invoice upon completion of a job. For those who purchase a bundle package, payment is due upon purchase. Any third-party purchases and services will be the client’s responsibility and a receipt will be provided to the client for reimbursement at the end of the job. The client will be consulted before purchase.
We wanted to create a payment plan that would work for all businesses. Some businesses just need a single job done here or there and that is where our standard hourly rate is best, you pay only for what you need done.
For those who have a handful of jobs or need regular assistance, our bundles are for you! Get more hours of help for a better deal, you know you have a lot to get done and will use what you purchase.
We are a business support service, with a focus on business related tasks. We do not take on personal tasks such as house cleaning, cooking, shopping, etc. However, there are plenty of fantastic personal concierge services out there if that is what you are looking for!
Yes, we understand that our clients have busy schedules and may require assistance outside of regular business hours. Our team is available to work evenings and weekends as needed and within the availability of our team. Rush orders are subject to 1.5x the regular rate.
We offer 2 hours of free roundtrip travel time, based on travel from Middlebury, Vermont, any additional time spent traveling to your location will be factored into the time charged on the project. We do not accept projects over three hours away, but are happy to accept remote work!
While we try our best to support every business that we can there may be jobs that we can't take on, due to experience required to complete a job or demands on our time. If we find we cannot take on a job we sincerely apologize and will help you get the resources you need if possible. We are still learning too and want to provide the best service possible, which means, at times, having to say no.
